General FAQs

  • The Video Games Ambassadors (VGAs) exists to inspire the next generation of diverse games industry talent, from groups currently underrepresented in the industry.

We are a vibrant community of game professionals who act as ambassadors and collaborate with partner initiatives across the UK to connect, inspire, and educate the future generation of talent.

  • Approved education organisations on the network can broadcast opportunities (career development activities) to our network of game professionals (ambassadors)

Ambassadors support these opportunities on a voluntary basis to guide aspiring talents.

  • To join the network, you need to apply via the forms below depending if you are a game professional joining as an ambassador or an organisation joining the network.

Our team will review your application and notify you on the next steps.

  • The VGAs is run by UKIE and Into Games. Into Games is the national youth careers service for the videogames industry. Since 2018, we’ve provided guidance to thousands of young people who are looking to achieve a rewarding role in the sector. We primarily work with those from underrepresented groups to create meaningful experiences that help inspire and guide the next generation of game makers, supporting learners from primary school all the way into work.
